These Terms and Conditions apply to your use of this website and the services of ONTIME MEDICAL MOBILITY LLC ("we," "us" or "our"), including our ride reminder text message program. By using our website or services, you agree to these terms.

1. Our services

We provide non-emergency medical transportation, including wheelchair van rides, ambulatory rides, dialysis trips and rides to medical appointments. We do not provide emergency services. In an emergency, call 911.

2. Scheduling rides

Rides are scheduled by phone at 952-232-1803, Monday to Friday, 4:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Please give accurate pickup addresses, appointment times and mobility needs so we can provide a safe ride. Please be ready at your scheduled pickup time, and call us as early as possible if you need to cancel or change a ride.

3. Text message program (SMS terms)

Program name: ONTIME MEDICAL MOBILITY LLC Ride Reminders.

Program description: Riders who opt in receive text messages about rides they have scheduled with us, such as pickup reminders, requests to confirm or cancel a ride, and driver arrival updates. We do not send marketing messages.

How to opt in: You can agree to texts by telling our staff yes when they ask, after you book a ride by phone. See our Text Reminders page for the exact wording. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of booking a ride or using our services.

Message frequency: Message frequency varies based on how many rides you schedule, usually 1 to 3 messages per scheduled ride.

Cost: Message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier for details about your plan.

How to opt out: Reply STOP to any message to cancel. You will receive one final message confirming you have been unsubscribed, and you will not receive further texts unless you sign up again. Reply START to sign up again.

Help: Reply HELP for help, or call 952-232-1803, Monday to Friday, 4:00 AM to 6:00 PM.

Carriers: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy: Your mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. See our Privacy Policy.

Because text messages can be delayed or not delivered, do not rely only on texts for ride information. If you have any doubt about a ride, call us.

4. Use of this website

This website provides general information about our services. You agree not to misuse the website or use it to send false information. Website content may change without notice.

5. Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, ONTIME MEDICAL MOBILITY LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of this website or from delayed or undelivered text messages.

6. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin.

7. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will post the updated terms on this page with a new effective date.
