What you'll get

We text only about rides you've booked with us:

  • A pickup reminder before a scheduled ride
  • A request to confirm or cancel the ride
  • Updates when your driver is on the way or your pickup time changes

We don't send marketing or promotions. Our texts never include medical details, diagnoses or the type of clinic you're visiting.

Message frequency varies with how many rides you book, usually 1 to 3 messages per ride. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time. Reply HELP for help, or call 952-232-1803. Signing up is not required to book a ride or use our services.

How to sign up

You sign up by phone when you book a ride. It's your choice.

  1. Call 952-232-1803 to schedule a ride.
  2. Once your ride is booked, our staff ask if you'd like ride reminder texts. You can say yes or no. Your answer doesn't change your ride.
  3. If you say yes, we confirm your mobile number and record your consent and the date.
  4. You get a confirmation text, then reminders for your scheduled rides.
