This Privacy Policy explains how ONTIME MEDICAL MOBILITY LLC ("we," "us" or "our") collects, uses and protects information about riders, caregivers and visitors to this website. It applies to our website, our phone scheduling and our ride reminder text message program.
Information we collect
- Contact information: your name, phone number and mobile number.
- Ride information: pickup and drop-off addresses, appointment dates and times, and any mobility needs (for example, whether you use a wheelchair) that we need to provide a safe ride.
- Text message consent records: whether you agreed to receive texts, how you agreed (by phone), and the date.
- Website information: basic technical data such as browser type that our web host may record.
How we use information
- To schedule, provide and confirm your rides
- To send ride reminders and ride updates if you have agreed to receive text messages
- To contact you about a scheduled ride
- To meet legal, insurance, billing and program requirements that apply to medical transportation providers
Text messaging and mobile information
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
We do not sell, rent or trade mobile phone numbers or text message consent to anyone, including lead generators.
If you agree to receive texts, you will get messages about your scheduled rides only. Message frequency varies, usually 1 to 3 messages per scheduled ride. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or reply HELP for help. You can also call us at 952-232-1803. Texts do not include medical details or diagnoses.
How we share information
We share information only as needed to provide your ride and run our business, for example:
- With service providers who help us operate, such as our text message delivery and scheduling software providers. They may use the information only to provide services to us, and they are not allowed to use it for their own marketing.
- With the health plan, Medicaid program or transportation broker that arranged or pays for your ride, as required to provide and bill for the ride.
- When required by law, or to protect the safety of riders, drivers or the public.
The sharing described in this section never includes text message opt-in data or consent, which we do not share with third parties.
How we protect information
We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards to protect your information, and we limit access to people who need it to provide your ride. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
How long we keep information
We keep information only as long as needed to provide services and to meet legal, insurance and program record-keeping requirements.
Your choices
- You can stop text messages at any time by replying STOP.
- You can ask to see or correct the contact information we have for you by calling 952-232-1803.
Children
This website is not directed to children under 13. Rides for minors are scheduled by a parent, guardian or authorized caregiver.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated policy on this page with a new effective date.
