Where we take you
Door to door, with a driver who helps you in and out of the van.
We are not an ambulance. In an emergency, call 911.
Wheelchair van rides
A lift-equipped van. You stay in your own wheelchair, secured for the whole ride.
Ambulatory rides
For riders who can walk with little or no help but have no way to get there.
Dialysis trips
The same pickup time on your regular treatment days, there and back.
Medical appointments
Doctor visits, therapy, clinics, hospital outpatient visits and the pharmacy.

Here is what a typical morning appointment looks like.
You call to book
Tell us your pickup address, appointment time and whether you use a wheelchair.
Reminder text
If you signed up for texts, we remind you the evening before. Reply YES or NO.
Pickup at your door
Your driver arrives at the time you were given and helps you into the van.
Ride home
When your appointment is done, we bring you back home.
Text reminders are optional. You can always book and confirm by phone instead.
